I made it tonight with thin-sliced chicken breasts, which I DRAMATICALLY overcooked (5 min/side on medium-high is way too much), but the sauce is so delicious I basically do not care. So I decided at about 10 am that I really wanted gyros, so I made a reservation at the Greek place up the street, since the paladin is out of town and I could just make executive decisions like that.
